Dear students,
I have received a partial list of your student id - more will come in days to come, please check the spreadsheet to check if your name is listed (they only list your surname and middle name). If it is, please come and see me to obtain additional information - bring pen and paper along.
Once you have obtain the information from me, follow the steps below.
1. Email to Dan at d.harding@econ.keele.ac.uk
2. In the email, please provide your KEELE ID, Name and Username.
3. Keele will email you the password directly.

Dear all Keele students,
This is an open invitation to all Keele students regardless you are junior or senior. If you want to gain experencing in organising student activities/events etc. please come and see me from Monday afternoon (after 2pm) onwards.
The School of Social Sciences and Arts (SASS) that comprises Business and Law Department will be organising a medium scaled event for all students in the near future. More details will be revealed in the near future.
What do you get?
- the experience to be part of the organising committee and be involved in running the event with assistance from lecturers (which you could include in your CV for future work employment)
- get to miggle with students from across Business and Law Department
- a certificate for all the hardwork rendered (also useful for future work employment)

The following students have yet to submit their application forms to me. IF you do not do so, you will not get a KEELE Student ID and that would mean that you would not be able to sit for your final examinations as KEELE only recognises their ID not KDU ID. See me immediately!

Dear Students,
This annoucement is only applicable to students who have sat and received their results via e-Vision for the September 2008 and Feb 2009 semester.
Class reps & other students - please help circulate this message to your other friends. Ask them to read this annoucement in this blog in its entirety.
If until now, you have not resat for your failed papers (in April 2009 and August 2009), you are required to attend a discussion this coming Monday (22 March 2010), 1pm - 3pm Venue: DG01 If you have a class, please inform your lecturer that you MUST attend this discussion.
When you come for this discussion, please bring along a copy of your results (everything that you have received so far except Sept 2009 semester). Print this from your e-Vision and the date on the printed copy MUST be March 2010.
I need to compile a list as well as understand the few unique case that has been brought up to me individually.
To facilitate a smooth discussion and not to take more than the required time allocated, please show up on time and bring your results.

To the rest who are reading, I am chasing Keele everyday via emails and phone calls to check on the status of your September 2010 results. I will announce any latest development as soon as I received them. In the meantime, concentrate on the current semester.

By now, many students would have experience some form of problems with e-Vision, WebCT etc. Keele and KDU have came up with this simple FAQ to address some of the problems commonly faced as well as shed some light on what these systems are. Please take some time to read through the entire document here.
To highlight some of the key points,
1. Check your Keele email frequently
2. Do not change any information on your own (unless asked to do so by Keele)
3. Re-registering is an annual event
Finally, always keep a copy of the email correspondence with Keele for future references.

To do so, go to https://scims.keele.ac.uk/urd/sits.urd/run/siw_lgn , enter your username with password and follow the on-screen instructions. You MUST do this (by Wednesday, 17 March 2010), otherwise you will not be able to progress and will be DE-REGISTERED as a Keele student. If you face login problems, come and see me immediately!
