To all September 2009 year 2 sem 1 and year 1 sem 1 newly enrolled students,
If you have not submitted your application form (see sample below), please submit 2 sets of the completed form with all the supporting documents to Mr. Lim latest by this coming monday (26 Oct 2009) before 12 noon.
Failed to do so, the University reserves the right to reject your application, then you have to defer to next semester. For international student, if you were deferred by the Unviersity, you have to go back to your home country to wait for the next intake which is in Feb 2010.
