Dear New Students - Year 1 Semester 1 and Year 2 Semester 1,

This is a gentle reminder for you to submit 2 copies of the Keele Application Form (obtainable from me) along with 2 passport photos, 2 copies of transcripts and 2 copies of your certificate (Diploma, Foundation, A-Level, etc.)

It is VERY IMPORTANT for all newly registered students this semester to submit this form as this will allow you access to the following:

1. KEELE ID - REQUIRED in all assignments and exams
2. e-Vision - to check your status, results in the future
3. WebCT - notes downloadable from this site
